Please note: the shipping costs have increased for every winery, leading us to adjust our pricing accordingly. However, to alleviate this burden for you, we are automatically offering a 25% discount on shipping costs.
By placing wine orders through Hand of God Wines, you authorize Hand of God Wines to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to the destination of your choice. Customers will be charged for all wine shipping costs, unless otherwise posted on our website. Shipping & sales tax will vary between states and locations. Any additional costs incurred by member-requested changes for wine in transit will automatically be billed to the member’s credit card.
Wine shipments from Hand of God are subject to state and federal laws. You must be 21 yrs. or older to order wine and states law, along with UPS and FEDEX, requires an Adult Signature. The person signing for the wine may be asked for identification and must represent him/herself as sober. Federal alcohol laws change often so please check with the winery to determine current shipping regulations for shipping destinations. Many states have laws regulating the number of cases of wine that each adult may have shipped per year. If your shipment is affected by this law, we will contact you.
The laws affecting wine shipments do not affect the ordering/shipping of non-wine items. We are able to ship any non-wine item to the state of your choice.
Standard shipping from our fulfillment center in central California is done by UPS Ground, and will arrive within 7-10 business days. If you opt to have your shipment arrive sooner, please specify that in your order, and the appropriate shipping charges will be applied at the time of purchase.
DURING TIMES WHEN TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW 40 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT OR ABOVE 80 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT, WE RECOMMEND SHIPPING 2 DAY UPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WINE THAT HAS UNDERGONE EXTREME HEAT EXPOSURE DURING SHIPPING. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE EMAIL US AT: admin@handofgodwines.com
